The company does not accept any cancellations or refunds.
The company provides YiMemoryBook APP to make photobooks. This service does not apply to the return policy during the seven-day appreciation period of online shopping.
If the product is damaged for non-customer factors within 7 days after receiving the product, please use Facebook Manager or email to provide us with photos and questions. And please return the defective product with receipt. Once we receive the goods and confirm that they are damaged, we will make a new product for you.
Customers who handle the return and exchange, please send the following information to the mailbox：

b. Memo Code
c. Photos of damaged goods
d. Name and phone number
e. YiMemoryBook APP login account or email
The following behaviors, we will not accept returns and exchanges：
1. Due to customer improper use, disassembly and human factors, the product is damaged and the packaging is incomplete.
2. The product may produce 1~5% color difference, if the product cannot be exchanged within the color difference range.
3. The content integrity standard is subject to the member's record, Ex：Few pictures、missing words, the company is not responsible.
