By using our YiMemoryBook service, (herein referred to as “Service”) you are deemed to have read and accepted the terms and conditions (herein referred to as “Terms”) set forth, hence forming a legal binding agreement between YiMemoryBook, (herein referred to as "YiMemoryBook", "we", "us", "our" and their affiliates) and yourself according to which you agree to comply with the Terms of Service, and use this website or APP only in a manner consistent with the Terms of Service. Should you not agree with any part of this Terms of Service, you are advised not to access this website or use this APP.
There is no requirement to create an account with us before using our service. To experience our products, you may need to download our free YiMemoryBook APP (herein referred to as "APP") and follow the simple instructions for the related products.

All APP material, information, and content furnished by the YiMemoryBook are protected by copyright and other applicable and relevant laws. You agree that you will not reproduce, modify, decompile, disassemble or derive the source code for the APP or publish to any performance or benchmark tests or analyses relating to the APP of the use thereof. You will have the right to use this APP under the condition that you do not change the materials or remove any copyright or other proprietary rights notices in the materials. You may not distribute or copy such material without the written permission of the copyright owner. By downloading the APP, you hereby understand and accept that while YiMemoryBook takes serious measures to prevent security issues, we do not guarantee the APP is free from viruses, errors, or any contaminating or destructive codes, such as worms or Trojan horses.
In the YiMemoryBook service (APP or website), the copyrights of the pictures, texts, layouts, styles, stickers, and other objects used in this service belong to YiMemoryBook; and the uploaded photos, texts, pictures, and other objects generated by users are owned by the original editor, and both parties shall be legally responsible for the source and copyright of the data provided. You confirm and agree that the content (such as photos, pictures, text, etc.) used in the product is not owned by a third party. If there is any illegal or infringing situation, the consumer shall be responsible for it.
