Return Policy

Every photobook from our YiMemoryBook is customized with the finest materials and utmost care and attention for each tells a special story of your life that you can keep forever.

We pay close attention to all the details and carefully inspect each book to ensure its superior craftsmanship and quality. However, despite our best efforts, and in the rare occurrence we may have overlooked a defect, please let us know.

 

Return Policy


The albums produced through the "YiMemoryBook" APP are entrusted by the company to consumers (the only original production data edited and designed by consumers) to provide product production services for individual consumers. The product does not apply to the return policy during the seven-day appreciation period for online shopping.

 

Exchange Policy

 

If the product is damaged, scratched, soiled, bound incorrectly, missing pages, cut unevenly, printing contamination and other circumstances that are not attributable to the company due to non-consumer personal factors, please contact us within seven days of receiving the product. Provide the photos of the defects, and send them to us via Facebook Messenger or email. After receiving the messages and confirming that the product is defective or damaged, we will immediately re-produce a printed product with the same specifications and content for you.
 

For all customers who want to return or exchange goods, please send the following information to our EMAIL:
◆ Order number
◆ Photos of product defects
◆ Name and daytime contact number
◆ Log in to the EMAIL account of the "YiMemoryBook" App

 

Returns and exchanges will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
◆ Commodities are damaged, dirty, or incompletely packaged due to improper use or disassembly by consumers, or human factors.

◆ The same photo in different sizes and different batches may have a 1~10% color difference, if the color difference is within the range, it cannot be exchanged.

◆ The integrity of the content before placing the order, such as: lack of words, less pictures, more pictures and other defects in the non-production or delivery process. Content integrity standards are based on the content of member production records.

 

IMPORTANT: If the Photobook / Photobook Product has a defect, we may have this fixed or replaced. YiMemoryBook is not responsible for any consumer-generated mistakes, errors or defects that include but are not exclusive to spelling, typographical or grammatical errors, dark images, poor image quality from low resolution images, order quantity or other ordering errors. Please be sure to preview your Photobook / Photobook Product carefully before placing your order.
